Biography
Robert Liriano, blessed with the gift of singing, was born in Santiago. At a very young age, Robert made a mark in the various groups he participated in, such as “El Prodigio & La Súper Banda,” Kerubanda, and Banda Unik, due to his original and modern interpretive style, with which he has managed to conquer and attract a much younger audience to the genre of Dominican Merengue Típico, in line with our times.
In 2011, Robert Liriano became independent with a matured musical project conceived from the experiences acquired over 9 years of a professional career, which launched on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2011, crossing many borders, and having a fully packed venue at the Típico.
In February, the VIP of Dominican Típica Music Singers celebrated his 1st nomination to “PREMIOS SOBERANO 2016,” the highest award for the arts in the country, in the category of “CONJUNTO TIPICO DEL AÑO.”
Among these and other great awards the artist has received, there have been significant efforts in management, promotion, and, above all, the support of the public that has always backed Robert Liriano, The VIP.
